I can recommend an appropriate chartered surveyor and I will be present at the inspection. I will subsequently recommend and oversee any other specialists advised by the survey including electrical, drainage and timber and damp experts and structural engineers.
Managing the Move
Following exchange of contracts, I will make the necessary arrangements for the completion of the sale. I will obtain competitive quotes from removal companies and, if required, manage your move on the day. As part of this service I can also recommend and oversee architects, planning consultants, interior designers, landscape gardeners and other professionals.
